This policy explains how we ship Puffin Guard sensor orders. It applies to physical sensor purchases made through the Puffin Guard website.
We currently ship Puffin Guard sensor orders to Australian addresses only. We do not currently offer international delivery or local pickup.
Shipping is free Australia-wide for Puffin Guard sensor orders.
Orders may take up to 14 business days to prepare and dispatch. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on the delivery address and carrier network.
If an order is delayed beyond this range, we will contact you using the email address supplied at checkout.
When tracking is available, we will email tracking details after the order has shipped.
Please enter a complete and accurate Australian delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
If your parcel appears lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order details. We will work with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
